The District Manager is responsible for developing, managing and growing business in the Oklahoma district - could be based out of Tulsa, Weatherford or Stillwater. Must have operations, business (p&l's, budgets, HR) and business development experience and skills. Responsibilities include managing Area Managers, assisting with daily operations, safety, admin, maintenance, and business development. The ideal candidate will have worked his or her way up from the field to management and operations, have a go-getter, entrepreneurial attitude, be an excellent problem solver and enjoy being a hands-on, leader/mentor. About 50% travel in the district. Bringing contacts to the table is ideal - Oil & Gas, Construction, Heavy equipment rentals - or other service type industries.
