Job Description:
Our growing insurance agency is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist in our data entry department.
The successful candidate will be responsibly for managing incoming calls, greeting clients, and providing administrative support.
This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to advance into other positions.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phones calls and routing them to the appropriate departments Greeting clients and visitors and ensuring a positive first impression Performing accurate data entry tasks and maintaining database Providing general administrative assistance to various departments
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment Previous experience in a receptionist or consumer facing environment Previous experience in a data entry position is preferred, but not required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
